Utah enacts updated Physical Therapy Practice Act

On March 24, 2009, Utah Gov. Jon Hunstman signed SB 137 into law. The bill was sponsored by Senator Wayne Niederhauser and Greg Hughes presented the bill in the House of Representatives. This successful legislative effort enacts many improvements to the Utah PT law and is the culmination of several years of work by the Utah Physical Therapy Association.
