The Utah Physical Therapy Association is a chapter of the American Physical Therapy Association which represents over 90,000 physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, and students of physical therapy nationwide and more than 1,000 physical therapists, physical therapist assistants and students in the state of Utah.
APTA seeks to improve the health and quality of life of individuals in society by advancing physical therapist practice, education, and research, and by increasing the awareness and understanding of physical therapy's role in the nation's health care system.
Welcome to the newly designed UPTA website. Here you will find information on the happenings of physical therapy in the state of Utah. It is now easier than ever to register for conferences, nominate your colleagues for awards and track your continuing education hours. We hope you find this new platform to be a valuable resource. Make plans to join us in person at one of the local Utah Chapter Conferences. Thank you for your membership and continued support of the UPTA.
