In order to meet the requirements for UPTA course accreditation, courses must meet the minimum “Standards of Quality for Continuing Education Offerings” outlined by the APTA, the requirements for continuing education in the Utah State Practice Act Rules, and approval by the continuing education committee.
To apply for endorsement of continuing education courses, please carefully follow the steps below:
Step 1
Download and fill out the application. Save it to your desktop.
Step 2
Pay Application Fee: $50
Note: Application fees for UPTA accreditation are non-refundable. These fees are to cover the cost of reviewing course applications and will not be refunded if accreditation is denied.
Step 3
Fill out the contact form below and attach your completed application. Please do NOT submit the application until you have successfully paid the application fee. Your application will be reviewed after payment is received. You will receive an email confirmation of your submission and the approval turnaround time is usually less than 2 weeks. Thank you!
