Refunds for Conferences or Events

Refunds must be requested at least 30 days prior to conference or event for full refund minus a 20% processing fee. If the event was not attended, a 50% refund will be granted up to 30 days after the event or conference.

If the event or conference that has been payed for is cancelled, a full refund will be granted.

Delay of Delivery for Conferences and Merchandise

One may register for conferences no earlier than 90 days prior to the event and up to and including the day of the conference.

Please expect a delay of at least 15 days but no longer than 60 days for delivery of merchandise purchased from this website.

Return/Exchange Policy for Merchandise

Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of order. If your exchange costs more than the original order, please submit additional payment with your request. A return form is printed on the bottom of the packing slip for your convenience. Just fill it out, and return it with the item. Merchandise should be returned in resalable condition. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

Refunds for Overpayments

Overpayments of $5 or more will be refunded automatically. Overpayments under $5 will be refunded only upon written request.
