The Utah Physical Therapy Association’s (UPTA) Annual Conference is coming up on October 26th and 27th.  It will be held at The Little America Hotel, in SLC, Utah.  We invite you to participate with us as a vendor.

This two-day conference will give your company plenty of exposure to professionals in physical therapy.  We anticipate approximately 300 Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants from Utah and surrounding areas to attend. We have planned our schedule this year to allow more time for vendors to be face-to-face with attendees. See the following schedule for more information. We hope you will take this opportunity to showcase your company’s’ products and services.

We will be holding a raffle for those who have received signatures from each vendor booth. We would love to have items directly from the vendors to raffle off. This encourages our attendees to visit your booth and also provides advertising outside of the conference with the items donated. Please let us know if you have something you wish to donate.

The cost for participation as a vendor is $350 before September 15th.  After the 15th the price goes up to $450.  This registration fee includes an exhibit table (8 ft long, covered with black tablecloth) to set up a booth, your company name/logo and contact information in every attendee’s informational booklet*, and food including continental breakfast, buffet dinner, snacks, and beverages.  This venue provides a great layout for vendors.

Also available this year is to sponsor a break. This will allow your company to have your logo projected on the large screens in front of the hall, an announcement of the sponsorship, and placards placed along the food tables. The cost for break sponsorship is $200 or $150 with the purchase of a booth. You can sponsor the dinner, breakfast, or lunch. If you wish to sponsor please contact kmansell@uptaonline.org
